How Did You Come up With Your Characters?
Heather is the main character in Book 1. Nicolo was the “one that got away.”
He lifted her chin, then shook his head, not allowing her to hide her feelings any longer. He placed his other hand on her ass and gave it a tight squeeze. She flinched, excited yet petrified. Nicolo clenched his teeth and moaned. She had pictured this side of him so many times in her dreams. Why had he hidden it?
After months and years of holding back, Heather positioned her finger into Nicolo’s jean belt-loop and tugged him closer. Her other hand ventured under and up the front of his shirt,
feeling the sweat roll off the hard contours of his Abs. Her eyes met his ardent gaze. She took deep, savoring breaths unsure if from dancing or his yearning expression. The ache she’d come to accept, softened and dissipated. She couldn’t escape her feelings any longer.
The music amplified, or possibly lowered. The masses around them swelled, or might have diminished. Everything blurred and she saw only his magnetic lips. Heather tightened her arms around his neck. She pulled him down and her mouth covered his, tasting the juiciness, ripe and ready. His hunger equal to hers.
The crowd thrashed and hammered on the dance floor, but the two of them slowed until only their lips moved.
