What Inspired You to Write Your Book?
I’ve always been interested in simple self-help methods to improve your health and reduce stress, like mindfulness and meditation. When I heard about Emotional Freedom Technique a few years ago, I started applying it and quickly saw the amazing potential of this method.
In this book, I wanted to share how to use EFT Tapping as a self-help technique to reduce stress, re-energize and overcome emotional problems. Hopefully I can inspire many more people to start using EFT and to discover the benefits of this effective and simple method.
